Terms and Conditions – sbhet Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the sbhet platform, accessible at sbhet.app and through the sbhet mobile application. sbhet is an online gaming and entertainment platform built for players in Pakistan. All game outcomes on the sbhet platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. sbhet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.

By accessing the sbhet platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules or conditions specific to individual promotions, game categories, or payment methods, which will be communicated to players when relevant.

sbhet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through the platform and app notifications. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the sbhet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers sbhet.
• You must not have had a previous sbhet account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process.

sbhet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one sbhet account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sbhet may close all accounts associated with that player and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sbhet account login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or account access with any other person. sbhet will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact sbhet support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without requiring re-verification unless sbhet has reason to request additional documentation. Verification documents are handled in accordance with the sbhet Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All sbhet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, game wagers, bonuses, wins and withdrawals are all processed and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by sbhet on standard transactions through supported payment methods.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sbhet currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals in PKR: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently active payment methods is available in the Cashier section of your sbhet account. sbhet may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your sbhet account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on your end. Bank transfers via Raast and IBFT follow standard interbank processing times and are usually confirmed on the same day. sbhet is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have completed identity verification. There is no mandatory hold period applied to game winnings — once a win is credited to your balance, you may request a withdrawal immediately. Withdrawals are processed by sbhet without fees on standard PKR transactions via supported payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges on their end, which are outside sbhet's control.

4.4 Withdrawal to Originating Method

sbhet may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. This policy applies particularly where the deposited funds have not been wagered prior to the withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, sbhet support will assist in finding an appropriate alternative route.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sbhet offers promotional bonuses to players from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free rounds, event-based promotions tied to cricket and PSL seasons, and leaderboard competitions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated to players at the time the promotion is offered or activated.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on sbhet carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be converted to withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games and any time limits will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before opting in to any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Misuse

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Using bonuses in a way designed to exploit promotion terms — including through low-risk wagering strategies, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or other methods intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — is considered bonus misuse and is a breach of these Terms. sbhet reserves the right to remove bonus funds, void associated winnings and close accounts where bonus misuse is identified.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

sbhet reserves the right to limit promotion eligibility based on account status, verification status, deposit history or other factors at its discretion. A player who has previously breached these Terms may be excluded from future promotions. Promotions are available to eligible players in Pakistan only and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on sbhet — including Slot Games, Fish Games and Live Casino titles — are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to the rules set by its provider and displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information for any game before wagering.

Game outcomes on sbhet are determined by certified RNG systems. In Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of real dealers visible on stream, such as the spin of a roulette wheel or the draw of a card. sbhet does not intervene in, alter or manipulate any game outcome.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, the game provider's system will determine the outcome of the affected round where possible. sbhet will apply the result returned by the game provider's system. If a round cannot be resolved due to a technical error on the provider's side, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's balance. sbhet's decision in these matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by title and game category. These limits are displayed within each game interface. Playing at table limits in Live Casino games is subject to the specific rules of the live table selected.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbhet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to use any software, script, bot or automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Money laundering or using sbhet for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Abusing the customer support team or engaging in threatening, abusive or discriminatory communication with sbhet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the sbhet platform or its game content.

Where prohibited activity is identified, sbhet may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold and void any balance or winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

sbhet is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is designed for adult entertainment. Gambling involves financial risk and should never be used as a way to generate income, address financial problems, or escape personal difficulties.

Every sbhet account holder has access to the following self-management tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you add to your account over a given period.
• Session Reminders: Set time reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the sbhet platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted through the account settings or by contacting sbhet support.

9. Privacy & Data

sbhet collects and processes personal data from registered players in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identities, and communicate about account activity and promotions. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and how long it is retained are all described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and sbhet.

By registering a sbhet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data sbhet holds about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. Requests of this nature should be directed to the sbhet support team.

sbhet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with payment processors, game providers and identity verification services where necessary to operate the platform and process transactions. All such third-party sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

sbhet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or downtime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. sbhet will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbhet's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that player's sbhet account at the time the relevant claim arises. sbhet is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure beyond sbhet's control, lost opportunity, or third-party payment processing delays.

sbhet does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach. Players use the sbhet platform at their own risk with full knowledge that gaming involves the possibility of financial loss.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

Any player may request the closure of their sbhet account at any time by contacting sbhet support. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

11.2 Closure by sbhet

sbhet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is identified; the player is found to have been under 18 at the time of registration; a self-exclusion request has been received; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by sbhet due to a breach of these Terms, sbhet may withhold funds pending investigation and is not obligated to return balances generated through prohibited activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

sbhet may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform and the sbhet app. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the sbhet platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
